Government has recently released report which states that most of the H1-B Visa users have been acquired by offshore outsourcing companies. The data released by government states that these companies are making more with their businesses and in the same way hiring more people to them.

One thing to remember that he reports released by government for big offshore companies are for 2011. Google big search engine services providing company is on the last in ranking. Cognizant is IT company in New Jersey and is leading in the list.
4,222 employers have been hired by Cognizant in 2011 when it comes to H1-B Visa users. Google on the other hand has 383 new H1-B users.
On the other outsourcing companies also suffered with some political issues which has been also addressed by President Barak Obama in his State of the Union address on Tuesday. Leading republican and former house speaker Newt Gingrich seems to be against the H1-B visa policy and states it a wrong policy.
The above mentioned data has been provided by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service. Total of 85,000 H-1B visas are issued by United States and among of them 20,000 are only for advanced degree graduates of U.S universities.
